We deliver Australia wide with the exception of Western Australia and Tasmania due to their quarantine laws. Shipping plants to those states requires an expensive certification process and the use of some heavy duty chemicals.
We currently accept payments through PayPal. You can still pay via Credit or Debit Card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Due to the nature of the products, returns are not viable. If you have any genuine concerns about the plant/s you have received please contact us and we can potentially arrange a replacement.
Posting happens on Mondays only. Any orders placed after that won’t be posted until the following week. This gives the plants a good chance of arriving before Friday and arriving in best condition possible.
The online store will be closed from mid December until mid March, that may be extended if its a hot summer. Posting plants over that period can be decrease the chance of plant survival if they spend long periods of time in a hot van.
We are constantly updating our plant list as we carry many plant species mostly in small numbers so they can run out quickly.
