Mukdenia rossii

A herbaceous perennial from Eastern China Mukdenia is not for the dry garden, this one requires some moisture and protection from the afternoon sun.If given 3-4 hours of morning sun this plant will develop deep red tones in Autumn.
Mukdenia makes a great tub plant and will make huge clumps in time.
