Salvia bullata has a flower colour rarely seen in the plant world. Difficult to describe I would say aqua blue is the closest I could come. It can be a floppy plant so requires some serious pruning. I cut it back a number of times during spring and early summer then let it go for a late Summer Autumn flowering season. This pruning regime keeps mine to around 1.5m both ways.
