Veronica penduncularis oxford blue

This is a very accomodating ground cover for a sunny position. If provided with enough moisture it will flower year round and in winter the foliage takes on bronze tones. This plant is capable of covering quite large areas but is very easy to control. I like to grow dwarf narcissus through it for a brief spring show.
