Some Arum species are appalling weeds, this one is not. I have grown it for many years and its never appeared elsewhere and increased very slowly. This is a summer dormant plant so dry is not an issue and the foliage is welcome during the winter months.
It flowers just before the foliage decline.
Dry deciduous shade is perfect for this one
