Narcissus bulbocodium large flowered form

This is a variable Narcissus species from Southern Europe often referred to as Hoop petticoat.

I have been reliably informed that mine is a large flowered form. It predates me in the rock garden where it  has naturalised making lovely large clumps. A dry dormancy is essential for all bulbocodium types.
