Begonia virbob

This is a rhizomatous Begonia with a vigorous habit. Its leaves a deep brown with green veining. The spring flowering is profuse with clouds of small soft pink blooms but as with so many Begonia of this type foliage is the main attraction.
This plant is completely deciduous here but its unlikely to do this in slightly warmer climates. As with most Begonia less direct light means more leaf colour and drying out between watering is essential.
