An Autumn flowering species from Palestine, Lebanon and Syria. This is a good species for naturalising, it self seeds a bit and returns year after year. A variable species re colour but mine is the pure white form.
Crocus ochroleucus is quite happy in sun or deciduous shade, its main requirement is a cool dry dormancy.
