It has taken me years of dividing and limited success from seed raising to accumulate enough of this plant to sell some. Its easy enough in pots but requires very special conditions in the garden.

This is the spotted or marsh Orchid from Europe where it is common, not so in Australia. In this country it is rarely available for sale.
It is a spring flowering plant for a pot or in the garden where it must have permanent moisture. The tall purple flower spikes happen over a couple of months in spring.
